How It Works
- Provision tracking numbers. Customers create unique local or toll-free tracking numbers and assign each to a campaign, channel, or landing page.
- Place the numbers. Numbers are added to ads, listings, and websites. Dynamic Number Insertion swaps numbers on web pages based on the visitor's traffic source.
- Route and capture calls. Calls are forwarded to the customer's real business line while being recorded, transcribed, and logged with caller details, source, keyword, and outcome.
