Overview

Call Tracker is a SaaS platform that helps businesses track, attribute, and analyze inbound phone calls generated by their marketing. Customers assign unique tracking numbers to ad campaigns, landing pages, email blasts, and other marketing channels. When a prospect dials a tracked number, the call is logged, recorded, and connected back to the source — turning what is normally an opaque conversion channel into structured analytics data alongside clicks and form fills.

The platform integrates with the marketing and analytics tools customers already use, so phone calls show up in the same reporting surface as the rest of their funnel: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook offline events, and 7,000+ Zapier-connected apps.

How It Works

  1. Provision tracking numbers. Customers create unique local or toll-free tracking numbers and assign each to a campaign, channel, or landing page.
  2. Place the numbers. Numbers are added to ads, listings, and websites. Dynamic Number Insertion swaps numbers on web pages based on the visitor's traffic source.
  3. Route and capture calls. Calls are forwarded to the customer's real business line while being recorded, transcribed, and logged with caller details, source, keyword, and outcome.
  4. Analyze and integrate. Reports break down call volume and quality by source. Conversions and offline events are pushed into Google Ads, GA4, Facebook, and any Zapier app for closed-loop attribution.
